Join SF Social Club's Community Celebration on Sunday, September 29th at Sports Basement in the Presidio! We will be hosting business vendors, communities, and other organizations in San Francisco at this large-scale event. 

This application will remain open through September 1st; decision notifications will be sent out from sanfranciscosocialclub23@gmail.com by August 31st and on a rolling basis onwards.

  • Through July 31st: Application opens exclusively for SF Social Club vendors. SF Social Club vendors pay a heavily discounted fee to participate in this event. Please select the vendor fee accordingly:
    • If you're a Business (you make a sustainable revenue and intend on selling products/services at this event in addition to marketing your business), the fee is $40.
    • If you're a Community / Nonprofit Organization (your primary purpose is to promote your organization and collect member interest), the fee is $10.
  • August 1st - August 25th: Application will be released to external vendors. All Businesses who apply at this time will pay an early bird fee of $50 to participate, and all Communities / Nonprofit Organizations will pay an early bird fee of $20. 
  • August 26th - September 1st: All Businesses who apply at this time will pay a $60 fee to participate, and all Communities / Nonprofit Organizations will pay a $25 fee.
The vendor fee includes heavy marketing and cross-promotion, space usage, event logistics, coordination, and production, etc. All revenue from products/services sold will go directly to the vendor. Those participating in the Community Showcase will not be charged any additional fees.

Upon request, refunds for this event will be given until September 8th. After this deadline, we will not be allowing refunds so that we can efficiently plan event logistics and flow.
